Katy got her first haircut today! It was getting long and stringy so Mom suggested chopping it to make everything the same length. We went to the same place Emily had her first cut. At first Katy cried, or as she describes it, she "cry and cry and cry". Then she perked up a bit. After it was over she was laughing and saying it was not bad. Then we had a rewarding walk throught the pet shop next door where she pushed a child-size cart and bought "candy bones" from the dispenser.

By the way, this photo is a fraud. The girl only recommended one inch off the back to even things out. She still has her curls. GOTCHA!
