Well, our family survived a big scare this past week. Sarah had a lump checked out last Friday and they told her it was probably not benign. Allen and I joined her on Monday for a biopsy and she learned on Wednesday that it was not cancerous! I had totally prepared myself for it to be malignant so we are all beyond ecstatic! We thought we were going to have to dress Katy up as a pink bow for Halloween to show our support. We are so blessed!!

So, now after breathing a sigh of relief...photos... The matching gingham outfits are from Kourtney as part of her condolence gift for my missing wedding ring. Allen only got to wear his once because when he inhaled he popped the snaps. JUICY!!! And that last photo of Katy in gingham shows what happens when you let her see that you're watering the front lawn.

Here is a pop quiz: Which of these three things would be the worst to happen?

A) Katy playing in the cat litter box and getting unmentionables all over the floor

B) Katy finding a discarded cup of latex paint in the trash can and painting all over herself, the refrigerator, the floor and probably some places I haven't found yet

C) Katy putting pieces of toilet paper up her nose so far that I could barely reach them with tweezers and may not have gotten them all out

Well, all three of these things happened today and I can suprisingly say it was still a pretty good day. Maybe tomorrow will be even better. I can always hope!
