I slacked on the blog yesterday but Katy had too much fun to not record it. Keith had a case in Bryan that he had to drive up for so he stopped by for a bit o' Bird. I didn't take any pics so here is a throw-back picture from when Keith was Katy's lawyer. The weather was bad so we had to take pics inside.

Then Katy went to Music Makers and had a blast with Ava, Kaitlyn and Sage - her three play date buddies! There were a lot more kids there this week but she loved it! I don't have photos of that b/c I used my newly-repaired video camera, instead. I think Amy F. caught some Katy action shots so hopefully she can e-mail some to me. Those four ladies were pretty fun to watch!

Here are some Chloe and Jaxson pics since they are part of Katy's life. For now they are her only siblings of the four-legged variety, but someday there will be a dog in the mix. Some of our household will be pleased with that, and some will not.

There will come a time when Katy will say that she hates broccoli, but here is the proof that she loves it. This was Katy at dinner last night feeding herself with a fork. She cracks us up!

And finally, nothing may come of it but we had a conference call yesterday with a birth mother and birth father and we're waiting to hear if they're picking us. Even if they do, it may fall through so we don't have high hopes yet. They are the Pagan couple who believe in Mother Earth instead of a Christian concept of God, but they were very nice and the call lasted almost an hour. We had to give Katy chips to keep her quiet. We'll see what happens...
