This weekend has been busy and exhausting, but fun, too. Today Laura and Mike headed home, taking Emily and Abby with them. It was so quiet after they left. Emily calls Katy "Katybirdie" but it comes out "Katybooty". Katy just sat on the bench swinging her legs after they were gone. She wandered aimlessly around, picking up various toys that had started a mini-war earlier, but now nobody cared. Sarah kept calling her Katybooty all day and it was pretty funny.

This afternoon we dropped Katy off with Warren and Marjean and they took her to see the Aggie basketball game. They reported that she was a very good girl, even though she didn't have a nap. Apparently she slept on Marjean for about half an hour - Marjean's dream come true! While Katy was hoopin' it up, Sarah & Keith, Peter & Mom and I went to see the new James Bond movie. This new Bond is blonde and much more muscular than before. He was super believable!! It was the first time Mom has been to a movie in about five years.

OK, it's not as late as usual but I am tired so I'm hitting the showers. I guess having fun is hard work!
