Short and sweet tonight. Katy and I kidnapped Grandma and brought her home with us for sandwiches and a movie. I multi-tasked and folded piles of laundry so I wouldn't feel guilty. We watched "Sweet Home Alabama" and Grandma loved it!

Katy has been kind of congested today and it got much worse tonight. We dosed her up and Peter is laying down with her right now. He'll probably fall asleep. We put her to bed at the usual time (9pm) but she woke up crying after less than an hour.

Overall Katy still had a great day! And I missed most of the season finale of Top Chef, but it was worth it because I was catching up with "Grandma California" (Kathy G's mommy)!! She called and it was a lovely surprise. We need to drift over to California some time this summer for a visit. Lovely!
