Happy Valentine's Day!

I can't believe this is Katy's 2nd one! It's all going by way too fast! I think Miss Katy had a pretty good day today. We didn't do the photo shoot but we had lunch with Mom & Grandma at Schlotzky's, and they loved watching Katy refuse the pickle and break hup her chips. Then we visited friends, stopped by Peter's office to deliver treats, and visited Warren & Marjean. They gave Katy an adorable Spring dress and a puppy! Katy also received valentines in the mail from Julia's kiddos, from Emily & Abby and from Dad. She is one popular little lady!

Tonight Miss Bird had a play date at Mom's house while Peter and I went to dinner at Oxford Street (compliments of Sarah & Keith's Christmas certificates). Peter had blackened chicken and I had LOBSTER - yummy! Then he wanted to take me to a movie but I begged him to come home and clean up some piles of paperwork that needed to be sorted. He's such a good sport b/c that's just what we did! Afterwards I picked up Miss Katy and she received an A+ report card from Mom and Grandma.

I'm such a total slacker, though. I forgot to call Laura for her birthday and now it's too late! I guess I'll call tomorrow...maybe after Katybird's photo shoot...
